Join us for an in-person community meeting on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at 6 p.m. We've made a slight change in venue, and the meeting will now be held inside Freeman Auditorium, which is located in the same building, the Woldenberg Art Center, on Tulane University's uptown campus. During this meeting, we will discuss various neighborhood relations initiatives, facilities updates, TUPD updates, move-in information, and athletics updates. After the presentations, there will be a Q&A session. Please mark your calendars and be sure to attend this informative event. We look forward to seeing you there.

Tulane University Move-In
From Sunday, Aug. 13 through Saturday, Aug. 19, Tulane University will welcome more than 4,000 residential students to campus as they move in for the fall 2023 semester. To support these move-in activities, numerous university employees and public safety officials will be assigned to direct traffic and parking within and around our uptown campus.
Students will begin moving in each morning at 8 a.m., following driving routes that have been established to redirect move-in traffic as expediently as possible from local streets, including Claiborne Ave., Freret St., and Broadway St, to campus.
Over the past several years, our team has worked to continuously improve the move-in process to reduce disruption in our community. Still, we know that move-in activities may present challenges for neighbors and families living, working, and attending K-12 schools in our area. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Please also be aware that other nearby activities may contribute to traffic congestion, including Loyola University move-in (scheduled for August 15-20), the Claiborne Ave. drainage project managed by the Sewerage & Water Board, and other construction projects.

Online Concern Report Form
Tulane has a centralized online report form for complaints and concerns which is the primary, and preferred, method for submitting any report of concern about a student and his or her behavior, including but not limited to conduct that may violate the Code of Student Conduct. This system allows for efficient routing of concerns to the appropriate office, as well as tracking follow-through on those concerns. Neighbors are welcome to file complaints or concerns using the online system and should select “Neighborhood Relations Concern” under the “Type of Concern.”
